** Shares of Pengana International Equities PIA.AX surges up to 2.8% to A$1.285, marking their strongest intraday rise in over six months and the highest level since February 2

** Investment company unveils a fully-franked quarterly dividend of 1.40 Australian cents a share, payable on June 16

** Plans an off‑market, equal‑access buy‑back and anticipates declaring a fully franked special dividend

** Post completion of the capital initiatives, the company also intends to appoint Antipodes as sub‑investment manager  of the firm's global equities portfolio

** YTD, stock remains modestly lower, down 1.9%
