** Shares of AI data center infrastructure provider Penguin Solutions PENG.O rise 6.3% to $68.26 premarket 
** Co raises FY27 net sales outlook to about $2.43 bln at midpoint of range vs prior forecast of about $2.17 bln at midpoint; FY revenue growth expected at 40% YoY, plus/minus 10%
** Sees FY27 adj EPS at $4.45, plus or minus 70 cents, compared with analysts' consensus forecast of $3.38, per data compiled by LSEG 
** Reports Q4 revenue of $566.7 mln and adj. EPS of $1, both beating analysts' estimates 
** All 7 brokerages covering the stock rate it "buy" or higher; median PT is $82.5
** As of last close, PENG shares more than tripled YTD vs a more than 15% jump in the S&P 600 Small Cap index .SPCY
