** Shares of Australian uranium miner Peninsula Energy
 PEN.AX  rise as much as 4.6% to A$0.115
    ** Stock on track to gain for a second consecutive session,
if trend holds 
    ** Co signs new sales agreement with a European nuclear fuel
buyer Synatom to supply uranium yellowcake via its unit Strata
Energy Inc
    ** Under agreement, PEN to sell 1.2 mln pounds of uranium
over a six-year period, starting 2028
    ** Total contractual sales obligation over the coming decade
is 6 mln pounds
    ** PEN stock up 4.8% this year, as of last close
