Notification of Major Holding

 

Pennant International Group plc (AIM:PEN) announces that it was notified on 22
October 2025 that Christopher Powell and his connected concert party
associates held an aggregate of 6,278,253 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
capital of the Company, representing 13.20% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital, as at that same date.
