set to rise for fourth straight week
    ** Engineering co to form joint venture with Zetwerk
Manufacturing Businesses for solar modules and cells
    ** PENN to hold 45% stake in JV, Zetwerk 50.1%; remaining
4.9% will be held by others
    ** Co did not disclose any other details of the deal
    ** PENN up ~79% YTD
