Board Retirement

Pennon Group plc announces that Claire Ighodaro CBE will retire from the
Company's Board of Directors and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with
effect from 31(st) December 2024.  Plans are in place to appoint a
Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

David Sproul, Chair, said:" On behalf of all the Pennon Directors I would like
to thank Claire for her dedication, wise counsel and contribution over the
years.  We all wish her well for the future."
