Chief Financial Officer

 

The Company announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the following
change to the Company's Board.

As previously announced on the 3(rd) August 2023, Steve Buck is appointed to
the Board, ahead of taking up the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and
its subsidiaries at the end of December 2023.

This follows Paul Boote's decision to step down from his role as Chief
Financial Officer, as part of a planned relocation away from the South West,
and in ensuring an orderly handover with Steve.

 

There are no further matters which require to be disclosed pursuant to Listing
Rule 9.6.13.
