COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGE
Pennon announces that Helen Barrett-Hague, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary has decided to resign from her post with us in order to pursue another opportunity.
We are in the process of recruiting to fill her role. Simon Pugsley, currently Deputy General Counsel, has been appointed to undertake Helen's duties on an interim basis.
We thank Helen for the work she has done whilst with us, and wish her the very best for the future.
