DIRECTOR NOTIFICATION

 

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Susan Davy, the
Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as a director
of Bristol Water plc, with effect from 9 March 2022.

 

Bristol Water Chairman Keith Ludeman said: "I am pleased to welcome Susan to
the Board of Bristol Water, my fellow directors and I are looking forward to
