Directorate Change
The Board of Pennon Group announces the appointment of Iain Evans as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2018. 
Iain will replace Martin Angle whose planned retirement from the Board was announced recently. To allow for a period of continuity (and subject to his reappointment at the AGM on 5 July 2018), Martin will stand down from the Board on 31 December 2018.
 
Sir John Parker, Chairman of Pennon Group plc, said:
