The Board of Pennon Group announces the appointment of Claire Ighodaro CBE as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2019. 
Claire will join the Audit and Sustainability Committees on appointment.
Sir John Parker, Chairman of Pennon Group plc, said:
