SCRIP DIVIDEND ALTERNATIVE - ADDITIONAL LISTING
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 2,546,882 Ordinary shares of 40.7 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these securities to be admitted to trading. The application has been made pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative in lieu of cash for the interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2017. Admission is effective from 4 April 2017.
