TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
 
In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 December 2019, the Company's issued share capital consists of 421,002,688 ordinary shares of 40.7p.
As at 31 December 2019, the Company holds 8,443 shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pennon Group plc is 420,994,245 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pennon Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
