In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following: 
 
As at 30 July 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 281,426,810 ordinary shares of 61.05p each. 
 
As at 30 July 2021, the Company holds 5,628 shares in treasury.
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pennon Group plc is 281,421,182           
which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pennon Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
