Pennon Group plc (the "Company") announces today that it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 61.05 pence each on the London
Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities through Morgan Stanley
& Co. International plc pursuant to the share buyback programme announced
by the Company on 1 December 2021 which is expected to end no later than 14
January 2021.

 Lowest price paid per share                   1,196.00
 Highest price paid per share                  1,218.00

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
