● Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the 'Annual Report and Financial Statements 2025').
● Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting (the 'Notice').

The Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM') will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 14 May 2026 at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP, 10 Upper Bank Street, London, E14 5JJ. Full details of the AGM and the resolutions that will be put to shareholders are set out in the Notice.
