 PensionBee Qualifies for Trading on OTCQX

 LSE Remains Sole Listing; Access to OTCQX under Rule 12g3-2(b)
 PensionBee Group plc ('PensionBee' or the 'Company'), a leading online
 retirement savings provider, is pleased to announce its qualification to trade
 on the OTCQX Best Market ('OTCQX') under the ticker symbol PBNYF.

 PensionBee will continue to trade primarily on the London Stock Exchange (LON:
 PBEE). The OTCQX trading facility will operate alongside this primary listing
 to enhance international investor access and support improved, cost-effective
 trading convenience. Admission to the OTCQX is reserved for companies that
 meet strong financial criteria and follow recognised corporate governance best
