U.S. stock index futures paused for breath on Friday after a stunning rally in
the previous session, spurred by upbeat results from AI poster child Nvidia that
renewed enthusiasm about artificial intelligence.  .N 
    
    At 7:02 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.13% at 39,172. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.04% at 5,100, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 0.05%
at 18,038.25.
