Barry Diller's IAC explores bid to take control of Paramount, NYT reports

July 1 (Reuters) - Billionaire Barry Diller's
digital-media conglomerate IAC  IAC.O  is exploring a bid to
take control of Paramount Global  PARA.O , the New York Times
reported on Monday, citing four people with knowledge of the
matter.
