       July 2 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Tuesday:
    
    ** Private equity firm Vista Equity is in talks to cede
control of its company Pluralsight to lenders, according to
three people familiar with the matter and fund documents

        ** The U.S. Federal Trade Commission said it will sue to
block the $4 billion merger between mattress manufacturer Tempur

        ** Norwegian supply shipping company DOF Group  DOFG.OL 
has agreed to buy offshore marine service provider Maersk Supply
Service (MSS) from Maersk Supply Service Holding (MSSH) for
