** IAC reports Q3 revenue $589.8 million, down 8%, below estimates of $601.6 million, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Company's search unit reports a 41% decline in third-quarter revenue

** IAC now sees annual adj. EBITDA between $234 million and $258 million, vs its prior forecast of between $247 million and $285 million

** Stock has fallen 8% YTD
