Biotech co PepGen's shares leap in Nasdaq debut

** Shares of PepGen Inc  PEPG.O  opened up 30% in its stock
market debut on Friday
    ** Shares were last up 11.08% at $13.33
    ** The clinical stage biotechnology co's shares opened at
$15.6; it had sold shares at $12 in its initial public offering
on Thursday 
    ** PEPG sold 9 mln shares in an upsized IPO, raising about

    ** Co had earlier expected to sell 7.2 mln shares priced
between $13 and $15 per share, according to a recent regulatory
