The CMA has published the text of its decision on anticipated acquisition by PepsiCo Inc. of Pioneer Food Group Limited. The CMA has decided not to refer the merger to Phase II on 18 March 2010.  This decision can be found on the Competition and Market Authority's website at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases
