morning trade, tracking broader market decline  .N 
    ** Co forecasts sequential decline in Q4 revenue
    ** Sees Q4 rev. of $1.3 mln to $1.6 mln; the midpoint of the
range is 37% below last year's Q4 rev 
    ** Posts Q2 rev. of $2 mln, up ~67% vs a year earlier 
    ** Stock down 16% so far this year
