EQT to acquire digital consultancy firm Perficient for $3 billion

May 5 (Reuters) - EQT AB  EQTAB.ST  will acquire
U.S.-based digital consultancy firm Perficient  PRFT.O  for
about $3 billion in an all-cash transaction that will take the
company private, the companies said in a statement on Sunday.
