7.8% to $46.84 
    ** PRFT is exploring potential sale, Bloomberg reports,
citing people familiar with the matter
    ** Co is working with advisers to explore strategic options
and it is likely to attract interest from both private equity
firms and industry players, report said
    ** PRFT has not made final decision 
    ** Six of 9 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 3
"hold"; their median PT is $70
    ** Including session gains, PRFT stock down ~30% YTD
