** U.S.-listed shares of Greek firm Performance Shipping
 DS2.F   PSHG.N  rise 3.3% to $2.18 in early trading
    ** Co enters a time charter contract with Marathon
Petroleum's  MPC.N  unit at the rate of $37,200 per day, for a
minimum duration of two years
    ** Co expects the charter to generate ~$25.7 mln in gross
revenue for the minimum duration of the charter
    ** MPC shares up marginally at 0.56%; crude prices fall
after Angola says it is leaving OPEC+
    ** Including sessions moves, PSHG stock is down ~38% YTD
