    ** Co reports Q1 net loss of $411,000, or 3 cents per share,
vs net loss of $1.3 mln, or 10 cents per share, a year earlier
    ** Reports Q1 rev. of $20.1 mln, up 26.3% year-over-year
    ** Co was recently awarded new contracts totalling $15 mln
    ** Pursuing additional projects within the U.S. government,
and commercial and international waste opportunities will
provide sustainable revenue in the latter half of the year - co
    ** PESI up about 192.6% YTD
