** Shares of environmental services firm  PESI.O  down ~7%
at $5.13 in early trade 
    ** Co's Q4 revenue fell to $17.1 mln from $28.3 mln a year

    ** PESI says its operations were impacted by COVID-19 in the
quarter, causing delays in execution of some contracts 
    ** Co reports Q4 gross profit of $1.3 mln vs $3.2 mln over
the same period last year

COVID-related impact, we are seeing improvement in our project
backlog with increasing waste treatment through March" - CEO

    ** Including session's loss, shares down 21% YTD
