    ** Co reports Q3 net sales of $1.1 bln, up 2.2% vs
prior-year quarter
    ** Posts Q3 adj profit of 64 cents/shr, compared with 56
cents/shr a year earlier 
    ** Co, however, trims 2023 outlook; sees net sales growth of
4%-6% year-on-year vs previous forecast range of 7%-11%
    ** Sees 2023 adj EPS in range of $2.50-$2.60 vs $2.50-$2.70,
expected previously
    ** PRGO shares down 12.6% YTD
