Further to the pre-stabilisation period announcement dated 12 September 2024,

hereby gives notice that no stabilisation (within the meaning of Article
3.2(d) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU/596/2014), and also as it forms part
of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 was
undertaken by the Stabilisation Manager named below in relation to the offer
of the following securities.
Issuer: Perrigo Finance Unlimited Company
Guarantor (if any): Perrigo Company plc ("Parent") and those subsidiaries of the Parent that
provide guarantees under the
Senior Secured Credit Facilities, which consist of certain of the Parent's
direct and indirect wholly owned
subsidiaries organized in the United States, Ireland, Belgium and England and
Wales
Aggregate nominal amount: €350,000,000
