Bollore CEO encourages UMG management to reject Ackman's offer PARIS, May 27 (Reuters) - Cyrille Bolllore, the chief executive of the Bollore group BOLL.PA, said on Wednesday he was encouraging the management of Universal Mussic Group UMG.AS to reject Bill Ackman's offer on UMG.
Bollore made the comments at the annual shareholders meeting of the Bollore group.
