In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Persimmon Plc announces that Nigel Mills, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of John Wood Group PLC with effect from 1 May 2020.
 
The Company has been notified that Nigel Mills will be appointed Senior Independent Director of John Wood Group PLC upon the conclusion of their next Annual General Meeting.
