Persimmon Plc ("the Company") - Additional Listing

 

A block listing and a listing application have been made for 5,000,000 and
71,325 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, respectively, to be
admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange. The shares will be issued in respect of the Persimmon 2017
Performance Share Plan, a discretionary share plan for Executive Directors and
senior managers across the Persimmon Group, and will be fully paid and will
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of
the Company.

 

The shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on
the London Stock Exchange on 9 June 2022.
