Persimmon Plc announces that on 22 May 2020 Mike Killoran, Group Finance Director was granted an award over 49,530 shares under the Persimmon Plc 2017 Performance Share Plan. 
 
The amount of the award is valued at 200% of base salary and the share price used to calculate the award was £21.28 being the official list price on the 21 May 2020. The three year performance period will run from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022 and there is a further two year holding period before the shares can be released to the Executive Director.
