Persimmon Plc (the "Company")

 

Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Persimmon Plc announces that on 27 March 2026 awards were granted to Dean
Finch, Group Chief Executive, and Andrew Duxbury, Chief Financial Officer,
over 55,031 and 27,083 shares respectively, under the Persimmon 2020 Deferred
Bonus Plan. The awards are for the deferred element of the Executive
Directors' annual bonus and will ordinarily vest after a three-year period
ending on the announcement of the Group's 2028 results.
