The Company announces that on 15 October 2020 it granted an option to purchase ordinary shares in the Company to Mike Killoran, Group Finance Director, under the Persimmon Savings-Related Share Option Scheme 2018. The option will normally be exercisable from 1 December 2023 to 31 May 2024.
