Persimmon Plc ("the Company") - new issue of equity securities

 

The Company announces that it issued and allotted 33,372 ordinary shares of
10p each ("New Ordinary Shares") for the purpose of satisfying vested or
matured awards granted under the Company's employee share schemes (the
Persimmon Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2018 and the Persimmon 2017
Performance Share Plan).

 

The New Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading under existing block
admissions.

 

As a result of the issuance of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's share
capital at 17 February 2026 consisted of 320,739,650 ordinary shares of 10p
each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury and, therefore, the
total number of voting rights in the Company is currently 320,739,650.

 

This notification covers the period 19 January 2026 to 17 February 2026.

 

This notification is made under UKLR 6.4.4 and PRM 1.6.4.
