Director/PDMR Shareholding
 
 
Persimmon Plc announces that on 19 March 2021 awards were granted to Dean Finch, Group Chief Executive, and Mike Killoran, Group Finance Director, over 49,103 and 36,049 shares respectively, under the Persimmon Plc 2017 Performance Share Plan. 
 
The three year performance period will run from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2023 and there is a further two year holding period before the shares can be released to the Executive Directors.
 
Also on 19 March 2021 Dean Finch was granted an award over 13,694 shares in respect of a deferred bonus award forfeited on leaving his previous employer. The award will vest in 12 months' time and further information in relation to the award will be included in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ended 31 December 2020.
