UK's Persimmon tops FTSE 100 after full-year results

**  Shares of homebuilder Persimmon PSN.L up 11.2% at 1,360.5 pence, top gainer on London's FTSE 100 .FTSE, which is up 1.24%

** Co expects to deliver between 12,000 and 12,500 home completions in 2026, compared to 11,905 in 2025

** Expects 2026 adjusted operating profit towards upper end of current consensus of 486-517 million pounds  ($654.59-$696.35 million)

** Reports 17% rise in 2025 adjusted operating profit

** YTD, up to Monday's close, the stock fell nearly 10% vs a 4.55% rise in .FTSE

($1 = 0.7424 pounds)
