AGM Notification

 

Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and services
provider, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2022 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of
Proxy were posted to shareholders on Tuesday 11 April 2023. These documents
are available to view on the Company's investor relations website at
https://www.personalgroup.com/why-invest/results-centre in accordance with AIM
Rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on Thursday 4 May
2023 at John Ormond House, 899 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 3XL.
