Dividend & Notice of Results
Personal Group PLC, a leading provider of employee services in the UK, is pleased to announce its first dividend for 2017 of 5.675p per share will be paid on 27 March 2017 to members on the register on 10 March 2017. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 9 March 2017.
This dividend, the first of four expected to be announced this year, represents a 3.2% increase over the equivalent period last year, reflecting the Company's progressive dividend policy.
The Company will be reporting its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2016 on Tuesday 28th March 2017.
