Notice of Preliminary Results and Investor Presentation

Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and services
provider, will announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December
2021 on Tuesday 29 March 2022.

Online Investor Presentation

The Company will also be holding a live investor presentation on Friday 1
