PDMR Share Dealing

 

Personal Group Holdings Plc operates an Inland Revenue approved Employee Share
Ownership Plan (the "Plan") which allows employees and directors of the
Company the opportunity to acquire ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
("Shares") currently held by Personal Group Trustees Limited.

 

The latest allocation period ended on 30 June 2022 and on 1 July 2022 certain
PDMRs acquired Shares as follows:
