PDMR Share Dealing

 

Personal Group Holdings Plc operates an Inland Revenue approved Employee Share
Ownership Plan (the "Plan") which allows employees and directors of the
Company the opportunity to acquire ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
("Shares") currently held by Personal Group Trustees Limited.

 

The latest allocation period ended on 31 December 2024 and on 1 January 2025
certain PDMRs acquired Shares as follows:
