jump 12.6% to $9.7 
    ** Stock set for its best day in over three months, if gains
hold
    ** Co announces a repurchase of up to $30 mln of its

    ** Under the program, co plans to buyback stock in one or
more transactions
    ** Including session gains, stock down ~57% YTD
