hit their record low in session earlier
    ** Co reported Q1 net loss of $1.9 mln, or $(0.01) per
diluted shr vs net income of $24.7 mln, or $0.09 per diluted shr
 prior year 
    ** Co also reported adj profit of $0.06 per shr lower
than$0.14 per shr, last year, though slightly above analyst
estiamtes of $0.05- Refinitiv  
    ** Co is reiterating FY 2023 guidance
    **  WOOF.O  is down 10.34% YTD
