** Shares of Petershill Partners PHLL.L up 33.6% at four-year high of 308.5p

** Stock top gainer on FTSE mid-cap index .FTMC, which is down 0.36 %

** Board seeks cancellation of listing and trading on LSE; delisting expected on Dec 5

** Co to return $921 mln of capital to shareholders

** Freefloat shareholders to get $4.15 per share in cash and an interim dividend of $0.052 per share

** Total payout values entire issued ordinary share capital at about $4.5 bln

** Including session’s gains, stock up nearly 31% YTD
