UK's Petershill Partners sells entire stake in LMR Partners

Sept 4 (Reuters) - British investment group Petershill
Partners PHLL.L said on Wednesday it has sold its entire stake
in investment manager LMR Partners back to the company for $258
million.
The group added that it does not expect the sale to affect
its full year outlook.
