Lifting of Court Injunction

 

 

Petrel Resources Plc ("Petrel" or "the Company") announces that the High Court
injunction over the 32,086,538 Ordinary Shares previously held by the Tamraz
Group have been lifted.

 

John Teeling and James Finn have acquired the 32,086,538 shares for £300,000
from EYCP LLC and SRT Capital SPC, Ltd.

 

John Teeling has acquired 21,086,538 shares at a price of .935p per share.
Following this purchase John Teeling is the beneficial owner of 26,501,538
Ordinary Shares, representing 16.88% of the issued share capital.

 

James Finn has acquired 11,000,000 shares at a price of .935p per share.
Following this purchase James Finn is the beneficial owner of 12,785,385
Ordinary Shares, representing 8.14% of the issued share capital.
